I'm just a fun lovin ol Norwegian boy who loves bluegrass music. Learned from a friend of mine, Bill Nix, who I love to listen to. (He should play professionally) We moved here to Yuma, Az Spring ? and my stringed instruments have suffered greatly for 8 years from lack of use. I would really like to get a weekly jam going again at my place in the summer for us "Bee-Ginners" who just like to hear music a playin. Like to listen to Old Timey mainly. I play basically Clawhammer.... nuff said... I also took up the fiddle some years back since my great grandfather used to build them in Idaho and then the mandolin to keep the boss happy here in the house (since it screeches less than the fiddle.)
