I'm working on my third dulcimer. I plan on borrowing this idea.

Great! I bend the sides over a pipe then mist them with water and clamp them in the jig a day or two to relax the bending stress. Next I remove the center plug, wedge 2 sticks to hold the sides in place and clamp and glue the end blocks. Keeps them symetrical. What style are you making?
