Kubasa, I seen on one of the posts you said you have some birdseye maple, what do you think of this one ?. Phillip said this wood was old when he acquired it , he put it on a shelf for quite a few years and wouldn't use it cause it wasn't flamed. He has told quite a few people down through the years it's the best fiddle he's ever built, and he's built quite a few , this one is from 1998.
