Those instruments are COOL! How do you go about deciding what you want to build?

Looks cool. So many choices. Whats up with the mutant in your avatar? Is that a homemade hardanger?

Mudbug -
That's my interpretation of a Hardanger - converted from a regular
fiddle. I have info on this conversion on my webpage www.DennisHavlena.com Despite the simplicity, these conversions
sound great. Used to do a lot of caving & would take my fiddle into
them for the "long" sound, which the converted Hardanger has.
About the pic - I've always had fun with photo warping. Dennis
HI BC Thanks. Short answer: when I was young, I wanted to play
everything but had no money, so I cobbled things together & had a ball.
Now I'm retired & again have no money! Watta life! but DO have lots more
time for tinkering!
