I have signed up to the Fiddle Hangout because I am interested in fiddles as an aside to my main area of interest, which is banjo playing. I have seriously considered getting a fiddle and learning some very basic tunes on it, but haven't yet. My intention is to hang around and possibly find a fiddler in Arizona at a similar level of competence as I have on the banjo and jam.
