I grew up near Portland, Oregon but started learning old time fiddle after becoming addicted to the music and dance while living in western North Carolina. I especially love old time square dancing. I also travel quite a bit and enjoy going to old time music festivals. I'm starting to travel less as I get a little older and am settling down in western Oregon for awhile to raise ducks and fix fiddles.
