I had 2 years of Violin lessons in 1943 and 1944. I did not play again until 1998 when I discoved how much fun fiddling could be. I am past President and current Vice-president of the Arizona Old Time Fiddlers association. I go to many fiddle contests and have done well. I have won Arizona State Senior Champion 4 times. I love all kinds of fiddle music not just old time. Bluegrass, country, folk and etc. I have been married for 52 years and raised 5 children. Maybe that is why I didn't have much time for music. I am learning to play the Guitar and dabble a little on the mandolin. I thank the Lord every day for the music ability he has given me. It has been one of the biggest joys of my life. I have met so many wonderful people and had the pleasure of sharing music with them.
