I started playing the fiddle this past summer. It was my husband's christmas gift last year (at his request) but he never played it. I learned one song and was well started on a second, when I broke the D string. So I bought some Prims and now I am working on song 3. I'm trying to play at least 30 min. a day. My daughter practices 30 min. a day for the fiddle group she is in.
My daughter is going into her third year of playing and loves it. This past summer she did her first contest in Shoshone, ID. I don't have a real teacher at the moment, so she shows me what to do when I need help. She is a wonderful help.
