Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and just want to introduce myself. After learning to play the violin when I was younger and playing in school concerts and a youth orchestra, I then quit as I reached my teenage years. As I got older I fell in love with traditional folk music with a punk twist and realised that many of the bands I loved had fiddles in them. I decided 'I can do that!' so got lessons from a local folk player. I am now in a band called The Jack Ratts and we love creating piratey, punkey, traditional folk music. Please check us out!
