I have been fiddling for a long time. I taught myself to play country fiddle as a young man and was fortunate enough to be able to play with numerous bands in the west Texas area. Until 5 years ago, I farmed for a living, and that allowed me to travel and play on the weekends quit a bit over the years. I played mostly country to accomendate the bands but my favorite has been Western Swing. I also have a small digital home studio and have produced several CD's for local artists......Recently, I've been working away from home in the gas and oil industry and that has put an end to my gigging across the West Texas area........In Jan of 2007, I rededicated myself to learning how to really play the fiddle. I have been learning old fiddle tunes and playing a lot of Bluegrass and I love it! Now there is not enough hours in the day to support my Fiddle addiction!
