From West Va. originally. 6 years in the Navy wandering Europe and the Caribean and playing guitar and clawhammer banjo in coffee houses. Took up the fiddle at 40 because someone told me you could not learn the fiddle after 30. I did. Followed that with mandolin after breaking my shoulder in a work accident. Couldn't bow after all. Been doing electronics ranging from pro sound to my present work in the security industry. Married, no children just an Italian Greyhound and assorted cats as child surrogates.
