Hey Everyone, I just received my Jones Creek #706 from Royce Burt yesterday 8-11-15. WOW!!! This Fiddle is Killer-Awesome in Every Way!!! Super Easy to play--Nice smooth Double-Stops and a FAT, Full Tone with some Darkness to it. Plenty of Power, so you can keep up with anybody. This is the Best Fiddle I have ever owned or played. The Tone is Rich and DEEP yet, very Clear and Distinct with sweet tones ( almost as sweet as Old Violin #227) on the A and E strings. Nice Lows on the G & D strings---You can Literally "Feel" the vibrations of the G & D strings right into your shoulder---almost a viola-like quality and the lows are Clear also. Royce has done a super job on the Jones Creek Fiddles-------------Better get yourself one of these because they produce the kind of Tones so many folks are looking for.....Royce is Honest and Great to work with--------------Thanks, Royce!

I just received my 3rd Fiddle from Royce. I bought Old Violin #227 and It is fast becoming my Favorite. This fiddle has it all---Great Rich, Full Tone that is Sweet as well----Very Responsive---and enough Dark sound to be great---Plays smooth and even across all strings----Every string really Rings--this Fiddle absolutely "Sings" as I play it----Has Great Volume / Power----comparable Power to the #201 that I bought earlier. This is a "Killer Fiddle" is every respect------------I will be buying more fiddles from Royce-----Thanks Again for providing "Fantastic Fiddles" for folks everywhere......Mike Sanders / Texas

I just purchased my 2nd Fiddle from Royce Burt. I received the #208 a few days ago and it is another Keeper. The #208 is around 130 yrs old and Royce did his usual Fantastic work in Re-Voicing this great old fiddle. The 208 has it all----tone, clarity, richness, playability and a very Sweet sound ----Plays super easy-----actually makes me sound good and his prices are more than fair. I have become a fan of Royce's Fiddles---they are all great and you can't go wrong if you choose to deal with Royce----He has the perfect recipe for re-voicing any fiddle and transforming old, ordinary fiddles into monsters that you will enjoy playing by the hour. No need to waste your time hunting all over creation trying to find that "Special Fiddle"----just contact Royce or view his fiddles on youtube and you will find the fiddle you dreamed of and you will enjoy doing business with Royce-----Great guy to deal with -----------------Keep up the great work, Royce.

I just recently discovered the fiddles available from Royce Burt. Wow!!! Wish I had known about Royce and the Fabulous Re-Voiced fiddles he has available. Royce's fiddles would have saved me lots of time and money trying to find "That certain fiddle sound". I just purchased the #201 fiddle from Royce and I couldn't be more pleased. This old 50-60yr old fiddle has it all---just like Royce described on the youtube clip----A real powerhouse for volume and it has a great mournful tone and super playability. I have several new fiddles but this one has the Tone and response that exceeds them all !! Also, nice and even across all the strings and great double stops, too. I will definitely be buying from Royce in the future. His work is awesome and he was super to do business with---one of the very few people that has ever contacted me after the sale to make sure that I was pleased with the fiddle I purchased. If you are searching for a great fiddle that plays easy and is set up right with Great Tone-----you need look no further than Royce Burt----You will be absolutely thrilled with any fiddle you purchase from him.
