We live in a world where a $60 bass and a $100 elec guitar actually are pretty decent sounding and playing instruments. I succumbed 2 yrs ago and got one of the $100 guitars and was pleasantly surprised at how well it played. Not going to blow my Fender Am. Deluxe Tele out of the water, but dam, compared to what was available at that price point when I started playing, its like nite n day.
