I would expect the whole outfit to be somewhere in the $100-$500 range based on condition. The Ton-Klar line was an entry level factory instrument that was marketed toward beginning players, much like the Cecilio violins of today.
These show up a lot in school donation programs because the cost of routine maintenance tends to exceed their value quickly.
