I really don't know what a two-step is, but this is really nice Cajun-sounding stuff. Sounds good to me, however many steps it is...lol. I love the Cajun sound.
Very very nice and so joyful!! I first got to know the word cajun because I read all Virginia Andrews books when I was in secondary school. Later on , while attending the university, an American exchange student one time prepared a typical cajun meal for me and a lady from China who was getting her PhD , she stayed in the same student house. He only did that for the two of us :-))) I cannot recall what the dish was made of but that was a seriously delicious dish he made!! With cajun herbs....that I still remember :-))

Indeed, Cajun and Creole food is spicy. I was thinking 'spicy' when I was stirring this up.
