I thought it had been a while since I last uploaded something to the fiddle hangout. So here is something. Sam and Elzie was posted as a tune of the week over at the Banjo Hangout, and I thought it sounded familiar. On asking, I was reminded that the Illinois name is Crooked Road, and I had played along with it 6 days previously! I've been messing with it on the fiddle, but I had to clip out a small bit of what I had recorded to end up with something that had the minimum number of mistakes.
