I think you're sounding great for six weeks in. Strikes me intonation isn't going to be a big issue for you--hooray!--and you sound confident. So, yes! Like richdissmore says, pick it up and add some groove. You can do it!

That is great for two weeks. You will be amazed at how quickly you will learn to add things to that fun little tune. I started out sounding just like you and before long I was adding double stops and some slides to that tune. Keep at it! Your doing great!

Rich - I will try to build up speed but it is my very first proper tune! I will keep working on it.

you are going to do fine girl your going to blow the doors off that tune in time i was not that good at 6 weeks you must have a teacher that knows how to teach not all teachers are good but you have a good one keep fiddleing
