hee hee, if ya does say so yerself, huh? yeah i think it's totally frolicsome too! i want me a dale evans outfit!! boots n' fringe, geetars with my name inlaid in mother-of-rhinestones down the fretboard! messy divorces detailed in the supermarket tabloids, messy detox breakdowns to discuss in tearful interviews with oprah before the final triumphant return to the stage of the grand ol' opry, honeymoon horror stories with george jones at some woebegone poconos wayne newton casino motel, then repeat the whole process as required by Entertainment Tonight's guidelines for Mindless Country N' Western Song Hits Roundup Celebrityhood. Plus one a them hats with the stringie thingie under the chin. And a tastycake!!

hee hee. Nancy Shill and I were waiting aound the County Grange Fair in Wrightstown about 1999. hoping to enter their Talent Show. when in walked the Judge for the shebang: SALLY STARR!!! She looked like a zombified country-n-western liverwurst sausage in a cloud of dusting powder and embalming vapors. WITH AN ENTOURAGE. Nancy and I left the premises. On the other hand. I was serious. I see Emmy Lou or Carlene Carter twirling around a stage in them cowgirl rigs, strumming one a them enormous Gibsons, and i know A Dang Good Career When I See One. Being too old for such aspirations now, I aim to be a Singing Sweetheart Of The Prairie in some future incarnation. In the meantime I get to be assistant tenor banjer gal in Peter's outfit which is A-OK by me, Ether Frolic Mob being a Lonesome Dove first-class of the string band merry anarchy world. IMHO. (In my Hillbilly Opinion).
