Real nice, thank you. You probably already know this but the the tune is also called Auther Berry. I have 2 versions, one by Buddy Thomas and the other by John Summers. I like your version especially the tempo, not too fast. Greg

Thank you all for the kind comments !! I know I am not exactly an Old Time fiddler, I am not quite a Bgrass fiddler , nor am I a classical violinist...I just play the fiddle. Where I grew up in the late 1960's through the 1970's (Athens GA) there were no other fiddlers to mentor under. So my influences came from the records I could buy as well as the fiddlers conventions and Bgrass festivals my family could attend as well as the school orchestra I was in. I just love to fiddle ...

Thank you all for the kind words and comments.....I do truly love the fiddle and live and breath it in some fashion every day of my life. There are so many great players out there and so many different styles played all over the world that I have so much respect for. The fiddle is really an amazing instrument. I just love hearing the younger generation pushing the boundaries. I also have just as much respect and admiration for the fiddlers both young and old who hold true to the traditions that are within the genre they are playing. In my opinion, I don't know of another instrument that can reflect the soul and personality of the player than the fiddle. I will admit I am slightly biased though......!!
