My first attempt at learning a fiddle tune completely by ear, from a Jimmy Triplett workshop recording. Fiddle is tuned to GDGD. Excuse the newbie intonation problems...

Great progress-
I think you've whittled the newbie intonation problems down to
intermediate intonation problems.
Rhythm is good, phrasing is good, tone is acceptable for Old Time,
just steady it up, and as it steadies, speed up as you can handle it.

You play it well enough that I could learn the tune from your playing- it's that clear.

Keep up the good work!
