That was my first fiddle tune, too. Record yourself playing it when you've got six or eight months behind you, and there will be a big difference.

Recording yourself is a good idea, the fiddle sounds different a few feet away and (like tiuose said) you will have a comparison for your playing over time. Perhaps some day I might get the courage up to post some of my own fiddling. Have fun and keep playing!
