This is the adagio from Vivaldi four seasons, winter concerto. It has fiddle, three mandolins, and one cello. I played all the parts, with cakewalk pro audio 9 to record. Could have used a better cellist for sure. But it's an interesting experiment. I didn't have the music, so I had to guess about the parts. The real version uses violin pizz instead of mandolins.

Tim! I really enjoyed this one!!! The great thing about Fiddle Hangout (apart from some great people) is getting the chance to hear such a diverstiy of playing styles. I'm just starting to play recognisable tunes..... I don't know if I will ever be able to play Vivaldi but it was great to hear your recording.
