Bill often played this tune. I backed-it on a tenor banjo tuned AEAE, capoed high-up and flatpicked. Sorry about the fidelity--this is dubbed from the audio of a VHS tape...it's in mono....made using the video camera's built-in microphone.

I'll hafta learn this one up for ya and play it the way Bill did :-)
It's a great tune and shows that Bill could play in several styles ...
Cliff-top style, non-Cliff-top style , bluegrass, cajun , you name it Bill could play it .

Bill was often silent-evasive about the sources of some tunes he played. There's at least one tune that I'm 99% certain he made up. I'll post it later on. Bill called it 'The Old Time Boogaloo.' A weird & slippery riff, some odd combination of Tapdancing Barefoot, Bing Crosby whistling a half-remembered saxophone blues mistakenly overheard at some 1930's matinee after smoking cornsilk, Farmer Brown cartoon soundtracks and bar-band rock-n-roll meets the world laziest cajun fiddler....you may think I'm kidding but I'm not. You'll see.

Jane, I came across your music via a post to Facebook by Glenn Godsey. This is a very nice tune, and I enjoyed the tenor banjo: quirky & just right!
