Yup, an Old Time tune AND an Irish jig. Not really a medley, I'm just playing Arkansas Traveler once through to establish that, yes indeed, it IS me!!! Cook in the Kitchen is my favorite Irish jig, so I play it a lot. Not sure if I could switch styles as easily to any other Irish tune. And I'm not sure if this attempt qualifies as Irish Trad (I doubt it, actually) or will be derided as "Celtic". But I tried!!! Same recording setup as before with the two Naiant X-Qs, no effects.

I've tagged it "other" since some OT fans don't seem to like Stephen Foster. Bowing note: I'm pretty sure I bow this "anywhichway the melody goes"... which SOME people call "sawstroke".... not me, though!

This recording is raw into my new Blue Yeti USB cardioid microphone. I was sitting 4 feet away from it with the gain dial on the mic at 50% with the setting for unidirectional. There are 4 settings on this mic. It was worth the money I have to tell you. Thanks to Doyle for introducing me to this piece. I believe it is in Am.
