Bobby had me come up several times over the fiddle weekend and fiddle with him. It was a real treat to play my fiddle on stage with Bobby.

I was the bass player for Bobby's band when Donnie Perkins guested several times and I can speak very honestly that Bobby thoroughly enjoyed every minute of Donnie's fiddling both onstage and backstage. We had several jam sessions throughout the several days he was around and Bobby and Donnie stuck together like hide glue to a fiddle. To see these fiddle greats, the twinkle in their eyes, and to hear them....what a treat.
