Hi Wayne....there is a huge crack running right up the top on the base side...the base bar is under this. Have you taken the top off this fiddle to repair that long crack? It needs cleats and hide glue. Diane

Diane, I need to update these pictures. The crack was tight and I sold the fiddle like it was. The buyer was very happy with it.
