So does anybody have any good instructional books that they have found? I've been looking for something that isn't the beginning book, but what comes after that. I got my husband a great banjo book by Tony Trischa for Christmas, and it is great at compiling the different styles. Kind of works you thru exercises, and tools to learn. I wish that I could find the equivalent for that book for fiddle playing. Found lots of beginner books, how to hold your bow and all that, but I need something with all the stuff after that, need something that does a good job of showing the next step.
Any suggestions??
Thanks much!!

Been really excited about Bluegrass music lately. Went to a couple of Bluegrass festivals as a kid, and I think that a seed was planted there that germinated 30 years later. Had a little piano and what not as a kid, hated having to practice. But picked up a fiddle recently after my husband got a banjo, and I really wish that I had discovered it a lot sooner. Guess as a kid I just wasn't ready to play music. Just want to try to connect with people, and compare notes, get some helpful tips.
