Hello, I am a rank begginer as far as fiddle goes. Grandpaw bought this fiddle back in the early 40's or late 30's through sears so one of his kids would learn to play for him as he liked to clog on the porch. He was disappointed as no one learned. He passed away when I was 3 yrs old. I think I haveit set up, new rosin, new bridge as the old one was broken, peg drops, a couple of fine tuners and of course new strings. I also had to buy a new bow too. Just checking things out some, have been working on learning the banjo the past year and ahalf now and it is coming along so far. Cheers.
