I have a Guldan Violin that I have had since I was in grade school. We will not discuss how many years that is.

The label inside the violin simply reads: Guldan Violin  No. 86.

All of the reference information I seem to be able to find says Jackson-Guldan. Does that mean given the number of 86 that this violin was made a really long time ago or do I need to search in a different way. I do not know the back ground on this instrument as it was a gift.
