I posted this as a comment earlier, and I'll repost it as a new entry. This is what I found to be on Tapes 15-26, just going by the scans of the tape boxes and aural evidence. It seems that Larry now has more detailed information to add.
Wave files:
Tape15cdTrk01 is Tape 15, Side B. Curtis R. Cooper
Tape15cdTrk02 is Tape 15, Side A. Homer Edinger, Harry Elliot, Charles Finnefrock
Tape16cdTrk01 is Tape 16, Side A. Singing
Tape16cdTrk02 is Tape 16, Side B. Singing
Tape17and18cdTrk01 is Tape 17. Brown Hall (7 minutes)
Tape17and18cdTrk02 is Tape 18, Side A. Tink Queer @ 24:10
Tape17and18cdTrk03 is Tape 18, Side B. Tink Queer till 7:37 On both of these tracks the R channel is the other track of Tape 18, playing backwards.
Tape19and20cdTrk01 is Tape 19. James Boden and Charles Berkey (twin fiddles)
Tape19and20cdTrk02 is the first :26 of Trk 03.
Tape19and20cdTrk03 is Tape 20, Side A. Bradley E. Grimshaw
Tape19and20cdTrk04 is Tape 20, Side B. Harmon McCullough
Tape21and26cdTrk01 is Tape 21, Side B
Fife tunes till 9:24 ("transcr already"?) then fiddle tunes with piano till 25:30 (Frank King?) then solo fiddle (Frank King and Jas. Bryner) Tape 21, Side A seems to be missing, or perhaps the tape cover doesn't agree with the contents. If recorded at 3 3/4 ips as indicated it might be 60 minutes long.
Tape21and26cdTrk02 is Tape 26. "Misc FS recordings-casual" Songs. (18:06)
Tape22and23cdTrk01 is Tape 22, Side A. Jas. Bryner to 7:31, then H.C. Horner, fife.
Tape22and23cdTrk02 is Tape 22, Side B. H.C. Horner, fife tunes.
Tape22and23cdTrk03 is Tape 23. H.C. Horner, fife. (8:20)
Tape24and25cdTrk01 is Tape 24, Side A. Marion Yoders, fife, till 7:40; then fiddle till 18:06; then transverse fife till 22:31; then fiddle to end.
Tape24and25cdTrk02 is Tape 24, Side B. Lloyd Grimm, fife tunes; Marion Yoder, fife tunes. (13:45)
Tape24and25cdTrk03 is Tape 25. "Stanford Fiddle Pieces" Thomas Stanford, jr. "Irish fiddle and song tunes" w/2 Lumber songs by Jared McClean (13:25 - 19:48).
Apparently only one of these tunes is included in the book.
