I just got back from a 3 week vacation in the South and I am a bit overwhelmed right now. But I did want to mention that I stopped at Clare Milliner and Walt Koken's house for a fun filled day.

Clare gave me a package of Dance To The Fiddle material. Notes of some sort. I'm not sure what I've got here. Quite a bit though. Plus she let me copy a CD that she had.

I scanned in a page of the notes so that you all can see. Let me know if this will be helpful and I'll scan all the other stuff in.

	DougD says: 6/11/2013 7:34:41 AM Thanks, Larry. Those look like either Bayard's notes, or notes by someone who had first hand knowledge of the recordings. This is what I felt we were lacking when I tried to decipher what was on Tapes 15-26. I thought there had to have been some kind of fieldnotes at one time. I think some of this is also on the YouTube channel you linked to on the forum. Paul - Did you see my summary of those tapes in the comment I added to your earlier post? This agrees with what I found for Tape 18. Maybe I should make that a separate post - I didn't know the ways of posting in the group yet.
