I went to Fiddle Hell in Massachusetts this year for the first time. I learned 6 common tunes to prepare to go and am learning a tune called Bodine's Waltz. I'm still trying to remember the history, but the tune was written by the guy who started Fiddle Hell in Missouri. We play it at Fiddle Hell Massachusetts to honor him. I couldn't play it this year, but I will next year for sure. I'm feelin' pretty good about the A part, but the B part is on the D and G strings which I haven't spent much time with. I can't wait until my lower strings sound as nice as the A and E.
