S.O.S. for violin tabulature songs

From barnbilly56 on 2/19/2012 4:55:12 PM

I'm looking for a site where i can find some certain songs or if some of you have them maybe you could post of send where i can get a copy . I need this for the violin guy in our bluegrass group and not up to this level of songs myself yet and have to play banjo parts anyways  . He likes tabulature form but he can work with notes form also . Here's the songs ...

the gospel according to luke -good ole mountain dew - dooley and this is'nt tom dooley just dooley - keep on the sunny side- i saw the light-walbash cannonball . I did find I'll fly away in this sites libary but no luck with these songs  . Also easy forms are better .

Happy sing'in and saw'in

Scott B

I like jaybuckey.com. Doesn't have every song I'd like, but a good number to start with...

Ya bull eye on the dillards and do lots of there songs . Here's me trying to do the dooley song real slow and simple for some banjo beginners i was showing them how to use a roll pattern and put to a song . I play this alot faster like they did on the show also .

This was the first time i played along with a guy on a banjatar and it's got alot of twang'in in it but anyways this is a faster version of it i'm doing at the back of music store . It's got alot of first time playing together in it though . Would love to find the violin music for this song . Here's the banjo "clang"in version so hang on and don't call the sheriff !!!!!
