Yes....you're correct.

Moreover,  $30 is out of my comfort zone for a magnet that fits on my shoulder rest. No disrespect intended....I just don't comprehend the value? Maybe if I tried it first I might feel differently?

Am I missing something?

@ChickenMan - I understand that I can comment on products in this room since I have purchased an ad. It's good to have repetition so more people can find out about it.

@Mark Douglas - We have set the price of the Violin Pro-Hold as low as possible, given the price of the components, cost to fabricate it, and cost to conduct business. Business advisors think that we are not charging enough. What do you think would be a fair price for this product? I encourage you to purchase one, try it out, give a review at Fiddle Hangout and return it for a full refund if you are not satisfied.

I don't think he needs or expects a lot of traffic here. I just perused his website and he has retail stores all across the the country that carry his product.  It seems to be worthwhile to a significant number of players.

I do not mean to display my ignorance....but is this a product that would appeal more to classical musicians? It seems the extraordinary amount of time they are required to perform would make this product more appropriate to their needs?

@Mark Douglas - I know there is not a lot of traffic at Fiddle Hangout, but every little bit of exposure helps. We are working with a local violin teacher to produce a much needed demonstration video.

The ratio of classical violin/viola musicians to fiddle musicians that have purchased the Violin Pro-Hold is fairly evenly split.

On a recent trip from Oklahoma to Iowa, I demonstrated the Pro-Hold and gave brochures to 25 violin shops in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota. If you know of any violin shops in your area that would like to evaluate this product, please encourage them to contact me. Ken Ruhnke - 580-344-1736
