Yesterday I found ads showing up at the bottom of my screen where none have been in the past. While my membership renewal date is coming up, it is not yet due. I have just now renewed it and I seriously hope these things go away. The renewal page promised me that, as a paid up member, I should not be seeing them. Sure, I support the FHO site because it continues to be interesting and helpful to me. Occasionally I feel I have something to contribute. As I write this I am seeing ad after ad pop up. Please make it stop. I'm already buried in unsolicited ads elsewhere.

Thank you, Eric. I suspect it's because my gear is antiquated. Gotta go spend a pot of money on new gear.
