I suppose I get it, but it also seems counterintuitive. If someone is posting something in a public forum it seems the intent is for it to be seen.

My problem with every time I post a video, it pops up on Page 1, is if I want to dump multiple videos it appears as I'm monopolizing page 1. I go for long periods of no posts to periods of productivity. I don't strictly create works on fiddle. Obviously FF shouldn't care about this.
I think I've come up with a (personal) solution. Seeing how I have to first post each video on YT, I recon I'll just post a link within the Sound Off section of the forum. YT subscribers will already know. Otherwise watch it or don't.
P.S. not that I live or die by play counts, but the FF counter is way low, compared to the YT counter. I think it discourages folks from watching. I know, if I saw something that had 3 plays in 3 weeks, I'd wonder why?
