I hit the download the file but when I try to open it. It says cannot open file. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

What type file are you downloading? If it is a .tef or tabledit file, you need at least the free viewer TEFView from the Tabledit.com home page.

So you need to download and install the free TEFView viewer from the tabledit site to be able to view the file, just as BanjoBrad said in his post above. Its about in the middle of their homepage.

I finally figured it out cause I'm using a phone I had to go to the play store and download Tefveiw for Android.

It says it may not work well with Chrome, if that's what you're using. Sorry I don't know more - I don't use tab.
