I can see how to join the Banjo Hangout "Player's Union". But I can't find a link for the fiddlers. I'd like to donate and to get one of the blue women's-size-small "Don't Fret" shirts.

On the left side of the page where you see Forums, Marketplace, Learn etc. click on MORE, then Player's Union - that will take you to the player's union sign up page. If you just want the t shirt click on MARKETPLACE, then Hangout Merchandise. Looks like there might not be too many of those particular shirts left so you might want to do it soon.
