I have 2 suggestions: when a topic is hidden from view due to spam, could the message displayed be "This topic is hidden due to spam" or something along those lines, rather than "This topic is hidden and waiting moderator approval"? I find it really confusing and it implies that this post will eventually come live if it's not spam. Could there also be a way to report topics and posts in mobile view? In addition, could these reports be accompanied by a user's explanations as to why it needs to be reported? Thanks.
